At Summer & Cat, we hope you love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please review our return and refund policy below.


Returns

We accept returns within 7 days from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Items must be returned with original packaging and tags intact

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

⚠️ For hygiene and quality reasons, sale items, promotional items, and gift cards are non-returnable, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Clear photos (if item is defective or incorrect)

Once your return request is approved, we will provide further instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.


Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method

  • Refund processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item received was defective or incorrect.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
